Quick-Quick Couscous Ingredients

1 c Quick-cooking couscous 1 cn Diced Mexican-spiced
1/2 c Black bean flakes

Instructions for Quick-Quick Couscous

Directions: boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan, add couscous and boil for a couple of minutes, turn off heat, throw in bean flakes and tomatoes, cover and let sit for a few minutes, then eat! Posted to fatfree digest by Kathleen on Apr 12, 1998
