Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c Elbow macaroni uncooked
- 1 c TVP (Textured vegetable
- 3 tb Dried onions
- 1 tb Dried Italian spices
- 1 cn (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 c Frozen peas
- 2 c Water or broth
- 1/2 ts Salt
Preparation
Put all ingredients, except peas, into a large skillet. Bring to boil, simmer covered for 15 minutes until pasta is tender. Add more water if necessary. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
