Macaroni with Ham and Cheese Ingredients

4 c Macaroni 2 Egg yolks, beaten
2 tb Butter 1 c Swiss cheese, grated
1 c Cooked ham, julienned Salt and pepper to taste
1 c Heavy cream

Instructions for Macaroni with Ham and Cheese

Cook macaroni by pkg directions. In large skillet melt butter, saute ham until brown, abt 2 mins. Add cream and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and mix in egg yolks. Add grated Swiss cheese and return to low heat. Stir constantly until the cheese is melted and sauce is creamy. Season to taste. Add macaroni and toss well. Serve.
