Ingredients

I dont use this anymore,

  • 1 c Flour; (3/4 c.cake meal for
  • 1 c Matza meal
  • 1 Egg or 1/4 c. egg substitute
  • 1 Clove garlic; minced
  • 1/4 c Oil
  • 1 ts Pepper
  • 1 ts Paprika

Preparation

preheat oven to 350o F. 1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl; mix well. 2. Add last two; mix well. 3. Shape into long "snake". 4. Wrap in greased foil and place on baking sheet. 5. Bake 45 min. Posted to JEWISH-FOOD digest Volume 98 #004 by Geoffrey & Michele Withnell on Jan 04, 1998
