Mamas Sour Cream Banana Bread Ingredients

1 c Sugar	2 c All-purpose flour
2 tb Butter	1 ts Baking soda
1 Egg; beaten	1/2 ts Baking powder
2 Bananas; mashed	1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Sour cream; or milk

Instructions for Mamas Sour Cream Banana Bread

Cream sugar and butter together. Add egg, bananas and sour cream; mix well. Sift flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder together. Stir into banana mixture. Pour into prepared loaf pan.
