Manhattan Turkey a la King Ingredients

8 oz Noodles -- wide 14 1/2 oz Pasta style chunky tomatoes
1 tb Vegetable oil 1 cn Cream of celery soup
1 lb Turkey or chicken, boneless 1 Onion -- chopped
Cut into strips 2 Celery stalks -- sliced
Salt and pepper 1 c Mushrooms -- sliced

Instructions for Manhattan Turkey a la King

Cook noodles according to pkg. directions; drain and reserve. In large skillet over med. high heat, heat oil. Add turkey and cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring often. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in remaining ingredients; reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Uncover; cook 5 min. longer or til thickened, stirring occasionally.
