Maple Syrup Nut Cake Ingredients

2 1/4 c Flour 1/2 c White sugar
3 ts Baking powder 1 ts Salt
1 c Maple syrup 1/2 c Soft shortening
1/2 c Milk 2 Eggs
1 c Chopped nuts

Instructions for Maple Syrup Nut Cake

Sift dry ingredients together into bowl. Add syrup, shortening and milk; beat 2 minutes. Add eggs and beat 2 minutes. Add choppeed nuts and mix well. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9" pans.
