Marinade for Beef, Pork or Chicken Ingredients
3/4 c Oil
1 Clove
garlic
; minced
1/4 c
Soy sauce
1 Green
onion
; chopped
1/4 c
Honey
1 1/2 ts Ground
ginger
3 tb
Brown sugar
1 1/2 lb Flank
steak
or other meat
2 tb
Red wine vinegar
Instructions for Marinade for Beef, Pork or Chicken
Combine all ingredients, except meat, in a glass 9x13 dish. Add meat and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 5 hours or more, turning occasionally. Remove meat from marinade Reserve marinade.
