Marinated Bean and Ham Salad Ingredients
4 c Cooked Idaho
Beans
1/2 ts
Garlic
powder
3/4 c Diced green
pepper
Freshly
ground pepper
2 tb Chopped
parsley
to taste
2/3 c
Vegetable oil
1 1/2 c S
liver
ed ham
1/2 c Wine
vinegar
OPTIONAL
1 1/2 ts
Sugar
Tomato
wedges
3/4 ts
Salt
Green
pepper
rings
Instructions for Marinated Bean and Ham Salad
Toss beans with green pepper, celery, onion and parsley. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Pour over beans; toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate several hours.
