Ingredients

  • 1 c Water; luke warm
  • 2 1/2 c Flour; whole-grain wheat
  • 1/4 c Gluten flour
  • 1 pk Dry yeast
  • 3 tb Honey
  • 1 1/2 tb Oil
  • 1/4 ts Salt

Preparation

Add ingredients to the bread machine pan. Process on the dough cycle. Turn out dough on lightly floured surface and pat out to 3/8 to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into rounds with a biscuit cutter (or washed tuna fish can). Put the rounds on a lightly oiled sheet and let rise in a draft free place until double in thickness. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 minutes or golden brown. Cool and store in a plastic bag in the freezer. Posted to Bread-bakers Digest by Ken Vaughan on Apr 4, 1998
