Mashed Potato Souffle Ingredients

8 oz Cream cheese 1/3 c Onion; chopped
4 c Mashed potatoes 1/4 c Pimiento; chopped
1 Beaten egg 2 oz Canned green chiles; diced
1 ts Salt

Instructions for Mashed Potato Souffle

1. Blend cream cheese into mashed potatoes, add egg, salt, chopped onion pimiento and green chiles. Mix well. 2. Bake in a quart casserole for 45 minutes at 350, longer, if using shallow casserole.
