Cottage Cheese Salad Ingredients

Lettuce cups	2 tb Mayonnaise (optional)
2 c Cottage cheese	1 ts Salt
1/4 c Chopped radishes	1/8 ts Pepper
2 tb Sliced green onion or chives	Paprika sprinkle

Instructions for Cottage Cheese Salad

Arrange lettuce cups on one large or several small plates. A bowl may be used. Combine cottage cheese, radishes, onions, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Spoon into lettuce cups or bowl.
