Maureens Beef Curry Ingredients

1 lb Stew or fondue beef; cut 1/4 c Tomato sauce
2 tb Curry powder 1 qt Orange juice; (or more)
1 oz Unsweetened chocolate Salt & pepper; to taste
1/4 c Molasses 3 tb Oil

Instructions for Maureens Beef Curry

Brown stew meat in oil. When meat is lightly browned add curry and continue browning. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer about 1 hour, continuing to add juice (water or orange juice) as needed. A pressure cooker or crock pot can be used to hasten stirring.
