1 lb Very lean ground beef	3 oz Grated unpeeled potatoes
2 Egg whites	2 tb Ketchup
1/4 c Finely chopped onions	1/4 ts Dried thyme^
1/4 c Grated carrots	Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions for Meat and Potato Loaf
