Meat-Potatoeburger Ingredients

3/4 c Ground beef	1 Egg
3/4 c Potato; raw, coarsely ground	Drippings or fat
1/4 c Onion; coarsely ground	1 c Tomato juice
2 tb Green bell pepper; chopped	1 tb Flour
1 ts Salt

Instructions for Meat-Potatoeburger

Mix all ingredient except fat, tomateo, and flour. Form into 4 patties. Brown patties on both sides in fat in skillet. Add tomateo juice. Cover and simmer slowly until done, about 25 minutes. Remove and serve hot. Mix flour with a little water and stir slowly into tomato juice. cook slowly, stirring constantly until thickened. Pour sauce over cakes.
