Ingredients

4 Ripe Tomatoes; diced small
1 Red Onion; diced small
3 Jalapeno Chili Peppers;
1/2 c Cilantro; roughly chopped
2 tb Toasted Cumin Seeds
Salt and Freshly cracked
1/3 c Fresh Lime juice

Preparation

This was in a Mexican Paper courtesy of the New York Times. Its typical of the Salsa that is put on the table with almost every meal in a restaurant, here in Acapulco. Mix it all together and serve Posted to KitMailbox Digest by "AcaGordie" on May 7, 1998
