Ingredients

Apples (4-6)
Sugar (Brown or white)
Cinnamon

Preparation

Peel and core the apples. Cut into chunks. Place apples in a microwaveable dish with a few tablespoons of water. Microwave on high for 8-10 minutes. Check the apples. When ready the apples will be soft. Mash them. Taste the sauce and sweeten with sugar to taste. Season the sauce with cinnamon to taste. You can serve this applesauce warm or cold.
