Microwave Strawberry Jam Ingredients

1 c Crushed strawberries	3/4 c Sugar
2 ts Lemon juice	1/4 ts Butter

Instructions for Microwave Strawberry Jam

1. Stir together strawberries, lemon juice, sugar and butter in an 8-cup microwave-safe measuring cup. 2. Microwave on 100 percent power for 4 minutes, then stir and continue to microwave at 100 percent power for 4 minutes. Pour into covered container, cool and refrigerate.
