Cook the spaghetti per package directions.
Meanwhile, saute the garlic in the olive oil till bubbly, but not brown. Add the tomatoes, parsley, oregano, olives, peppers, anchovies, and capers. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened a bit. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta when done cooking, toss with the sauce
Sprinkle with some parmesan, if preferred, however, I think it detracts from the flavors of the sauce.
