After my parents got turned on to Tacos and hot(?) sauce by thier Texan friends in Germany .. this is the way they made hot sauce circa 1966-1970 for Tacos: Put all in blender. I remember even back then asking my Dad to add more chiles.. I wasnt a true chile head yet; but, ya gotta start somewhere. Especially when you come from a chile impaired culture. Last Time I visited my relatives in Northern Minnesota, i brought my own bottles of salsa and hot sauces .. freaked most of them out because I would cover everything they made with salsa or hot sauce.
