Mint Chocolate Brownie Pie Ingredients
15 oz Pack all ready pie crusts
15 oz Pack fudge
brown
ie mix
1 ts
Flour
1/3 c Water
Filling:
1
Egg
1 c Semi sweet
mint
chocolate
1 oz (1 square) melted
chocolate
Chips
1 pt Softened
vanilla
ice cream
Instructions for Mint Chocolate Brownie Pie
Prepare pie crust according to pack directions for filled one crust pie using 9" pie pan. Heat oven to 375. Sprinkle mint chips over bottom of pie pan. In med bowl, combine brownie mix, water, egg & melted chocolate; beat 50 strokes with spoon. Spread over chips. Bake at 375 for 35 to 42 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
