4 tb Golden syrup or sugar syrup	4 Fresh mint leaves
1 oz Bourbon

Muddle the mint with a mortar until it becomes a paste, then add bourbon. Fill glass with crushed ice. Decorate with a fresh sprig of mint. One to a customer will do the trick.
