Raisin Pumpernickel Bread Ingredients

1 1/2 c Water 1 1/2 tb Caraway seed
2 tb Vegetable oil 1/2 c Cornmeal
2 tb Molasses 1 1/2 c Rye flour
3/4 ts Salt 2 c Bread flour
2 tb Cocoa powder 2 ts Yeast
1 1/2 ts Instant coffee granules 2/3 c Raisins

Instructions for Raisin Pumpernickel Bread

*** Add raisins at the beginning of the second kneading period!!! Add ingredients to your bread machine according to the manufacturers instructions - Wheat, Sweet, or Basic Cycle.
