Raisin Sauce for Ham (Easter) Ingredients

1 1/2 c Raisins 1 tb (or more) vinegar
2 ts Prepared mustard 2 tb Cornstarch
1/2 ts Salt

Instructions for Raisin Sauce for Ham (Easter)

Simmer raisins in water to cover for 1 hour. Add mustard, sugar, salt and vinegar. Dissolve cornstarch in small amount of cold water; add to sugar mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Serve hot with baked ham. Posted to recipelu-digest by Horton Family on Mar 25, 1998
