Miso Vinaigrette Ingredients

2 ts Roasted garlic 1/2 c Olive oil
1/4 c Mirin Fresh lemon juice
2 tb Rice vinegar Salt and freshly ground
2 tb Vegetable or chicken stock Sugar
2 tb Yellow or white miso; or to

Instructions for Miso Vinaigrette

Whisk the garlic, mirin, vinegar, stock and miso together to make a smooth paste. Whisk in olive oil and drops of lemon juice to taste. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Store covered in refrigerator up to 3 days.
