Mississippi Fried Oysters Ingredients

Raw oysters 2 ts Salt
2 Eggs -- beaten 1 ts Pepper
2 c Cornmeal 2 tb Flour
1 ts Sugar

Instructions for Mississippi Fried Oysters

Drain oysters and soak in eggs. Mix cornmeal, sugar, salt, pepper and flour. Dip oysters in cornmeal mixture and fry in deep shortening until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Recipe By : Southern Sideboards From Geminis MASSIVE MealMaster collection at www.synapse.com/~gemini
