Missouri Barbecued Ribs Ingredients
MARINADE
2 ts Dry
mustard
2 c
Cider vinegar
2 ts
Paprika
2 ts Freshly ground black
pepper
2 ts Toasted ground
cumin
seeds
4 ts
Salt
2 tb
Honey
2 tb
Brown sugar
6 lb Spareribs
2 tb
Chili powder
Instructions for Missouri Barbecued Ribs
1. Combine the marinade ingredients in a large screw-top jar and shake vigorously. Brush the mixture over the ribs and marinate for 4 to 6 hours. 2.
