Mix and Match Bean Mix Ingredients

1/4 c Beans, navy or Great	flakes
Northern, dry	2 tb Onion, dried, minced
1/4 c Beans, garbanzo or pink, dry	1 tb Parsley flakes; dried
1/4 c Beans, red or kidney, dry	2 ts Instant vegetable bouillon
1/4 c Beans, black or pinto, dry	granules
1/4 c Rice, brown; OR	2 ts Chili powder OR
1/4 c Wheat, rye or triticale	2 ts Curry powder OR
berries	1 ts Italian seasoning
2 tb Tomatoes, sun-dried;snipped	1 ts Garlic, dried, minced
(optional)	1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Celery or green pepper

Instructions for Mix and Match Bean Mix

In a plastic bag or airtight container combine the beans. (They need to soak, so are packaged separtely from seasonings.) In another bag or container combine remaining ingredients.
