Raisin Walnut Bread Ingredients

FOR 1 1/2 LB FOR 1 LB
2 ts Yeast 1 1/2 ts Yeast
2 1/4 c Bread flour 1 1/2 c Bread flour
1/4 c Walnuts 2 tb Walnuts
1/4 c Golden raisins 2 tb Golden raisins
1 ts Salt 1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Sugar 1 ts Sugar
1/3 c Whole wheat flour 1/4 c Whole wheat flour
2 tb Oat bran 1 1/2 tb Oat bran
1/3 c Rye flour 1/4 c Rye flour
1/2 ts Walnut extract 1/4 ts Walnut extract
1 c Warm water 6 1/2 oz Warm water
