Mixed Pea Salad Ingredients
1/2 c
Mayonnaise
or salad dressing
1 c Sliced celery or
carrot
s
1/4 c French dressing
1/2 c Diced American cheese
1 c Canned green peas
Salt and
pepper
Instructions for Mixed Pea Salad
Mix mayonnaise or salad dressing and French dressing. Add drained peas and chill 2 hours, until flavors blend. Mix with celery and cheese. Season to taste. Yield: 6 servings. From
