Mixed Seafood Casserole Ingredients

12 sl Bread; cut in large cubes. 1/2 sm Onion; grated
MIX TOGETHER3/4 c Mayonnaise
2 cn Crab or tuna; (I much prefer sl Cheddar cheese
1/2 Green pepper; diced

Instructions for Mixed Seafood Casserole

Line 9x13 casserole with a layer of bread cubes, spread crab/tuna mixture over top and cover with another layer of bread cubes. Continue the layers until all used up. Mix 3 cups milk with 4 eggs. Beat and pour over casserole and put in refrigerator. Next day lay slices of cheese over top and pour 2 cans undiluted cream of mushroom soup on top.
