Mocha Chunk Cookies Ingredients

2 1/2 c Flour	1 c Sugar
1/3 c Cocoa	3/4 c Brown sugar
1/2 ts Baking soda	1 c Butter
1/4 ts Salt	2 Eggs
2 ts Instant coffee granules	10 oz Semisweet chocolate; cut in
2 ts Kahlua

Instructions for Mocha Chunk Cookies

Preheat oven to 300? Blend sugars and butter. Add eggs and coffee that has been dissolved in Kahl=FAa. Mix in dry ingredients, stir in chocolate. Drop by spoonfuls on baking dish, bake for 23 minutes. Recipe by: Mrs Fields Cookie Book Posted to Bakery-Shoppe Digest by "LauraG" on Feb 4, 1998
