Mock Peanut Brittle Ingredients

8 c Corn flakes	1 c White karo
1 c Peanut butter	1 c Sugar

Instructions for Mock Peanut Brittle

Spread corn flakes over large toast pan. Mix karo and sugar in saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from stove. Add peanut butter and stir till it melts. Pour over cornflakes until well covered and spread thin on wax paper. Let cool. Minnie Lee, LPN (another recipe from my dentists mother!)
