Ingredients
- 1/4 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 ts Superfine sugar
- 4 Fresh pepperminy leaves
- 2 oz White rum
- 2 ds Angostura bitters
- Ice cubes
- Club soda
Preparation
Mojitos are a terrific drink. We spent a week in Cuba once and drinking Mojitos was the best part of the week. The cervezas which came in label-less brown bottles werent bad either!! Serves 1. Place the lime juice, sugar, and 2 of the spearmint leaves in a chilled tall glass and mix them well, pressing down on the muddler to bruise the mint. Add the rum, bitters and ice cubes.
