Ramons Crab and Shrimp Casserole Ingredients

1/4 c Butter 1 c Cooked Shrimp
1/2 c Finely chopped Onion 3 c Cooked Rice
2/3 c Finely chopped Green Bell 1 Jar (2 oz) chopped
3 Cloves Garlic, finely 1/4 c Finely chopped Italian
1 cn (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom 2 ts "Louisiana" Cajun Seasoning
1 c Cooked Crab Meat 1/2 c Breadcrumbs

Instructions for Ramons Crab and Shrimp Casserole

A) Start the rice. B) Saute onion, green pepper, celery, and garlic until limp. C) Add soup and stir well. D) Add crab meat, shrimp, hot rice, pimientos, and parsley. Mix well. E) Pour into greased casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs. F) Bake 20 minutes in pre-heated 400 degree oven.
