Mom Falcons Pot Roast (Credit To My Mother-In-Law) Ingredients

Eye of round roast (or Pepper
Kitchen Bouquet 1/2 c Hot water
Garlic powder

Instructions for Mom Falcons Pot Roast (Credit To My Mother-In-Law)

Brush eye of round roast (or bottom round or whatever) with Kitchen Bouquet. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Brown roast on all sides. Put roast in Ducth oven with 1/2 cup hot water. Cover and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 2 1/2 hours, adding more water as necessary. Use the juice in left in the Dutch oven to make gravy. Posted to EAT-L Digest 14 Jan 97, by "Raymond F.
