Moms Fluffy Frosting Ingredients

_____Cold Paste_____________	________
_____________	1/4 lb Butter -- softened, but
1/4 c Flour	Cold
3/4 c Water -- cold	3/4 c Sugar
_____Main Base______________	1 ts Vanilla

Instructions for Moms Fluffy Frosting

1. Make cold paste: blend flour and water in a small saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly until clear. Cool completely. 2. Beat butter and sugar until VERY fluffy. Add vanilla, continue beating.
