Ingredients

  • 1 ts Onion -- instant minced
  • 1 cn Corn -- whole kernel(12oz)
  • 1 cn Salmon -- drained(7.75oz)
  • 3 oz Cheddar cheese -- shredded
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/8 ts Pepper
  • 1/2 c Half-and-half

Preparation

1. Beat eggs in a medium-size bowl; add remaining ingredients except cheese. 2. Mix well. 3. Pour into a well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese. 4. Bake in preheated 350F. oven 45 to 50 minutes, or until firm. Posted to MM-Recipes Digest by Marie Bordewisch on May 18, 1998
