TOPPING
Instructions for Montgomery Pie
Combine filling ingredients and pour into a 9-inch un-baked pie shell. To make topping: Blend butter and sugar, add egg and beat well. Add milk and the sifted dry ingredients a little at a time. Spread topping over mixture in the pie shell. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees F.) for 40 minutes. Posted to Bakery-Shoppe Digest V1 #394 by Skeeter
