Uses: Sprinkle directly on salads to season,
Or: Add 1 Tablespoon mix to 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup buttermilk. Mix with spoon. Refrigerate.
Or: Add 1 Tablespoon mix to 8 ounces of plain yogurt and use as dip with fresh vegetables.
Or: Combine 2 Tablespoons water with 1/4 cup vinegar. Stir in 2 teaspoons mix, then 2/3 cup salad oil. Shake well.
Yield: 1/2 cup mix.
