Suggest a better descriptionPeanuts are a major source of protein in many African countries and the major source of oil in East Africa. Peanut flour is used as a thickening agent when preparing soups and vegetables. Mix the peanuts with milk and onion in a pot. Simmer gently until soft and creamy. Using a potato masher or sieve, puree the mixture and remove from the pot. Add oil to the pot, add flour and mix to create a roux. Slowly add the stock, stirring well, and bring to a boil. Add the peanut mixture and simmer 5 minutes before serving. Recipe By : Mrarchway@aol.com File ftp://ftp.idiscover.co.uk/pub/food/mealmaster/recipes/mmdja006.zip
