Suggest a better descriptionMake sachet, place ingredtients in centre of piece of uslin, keeping some to decorate. Draw up edges and tie with string and attach decorations. Label with the following instructions and tie to the neck of a bottle of wine. To make mulled wine: pour a bottle of red wine into a pan. Add the sachet, 150ml/quarter pint water and sugar to taste.
