Mustard Roasted Pork Tenderloin Ingredients

1/4 c Grainy Dijon mustard 1/2 ts Freshly ground pepper
Salt to taste 1 1/2 lb Pork tenderloin

Instructions for Mustard Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine mustard,salt and pepper. Rub all over pork. Place on baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes or until pork is slightly pink in the centre. Let stand for 10 minutes.
