Mustard-Garlic Chicken Ingredients
1 Split
chicken breast
, skin
4 Small cloves
garlic
2 tb
Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp
wheat germ
Instructions for Mustard-Garlic Chicken
Preheat oven to 325. In a small food processor or in blender, process the mustard, garlic, and spices until smooth. Brush onto chicken, including underside, and lay in a casserole dish. Sprinkle wheat germ onto chicken until evenly covered. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Serves 2.
