My Mothers Wine Jelly Recipe Ingredients

2 Env Unflavored Gelatin 1 c Sugar
1/2 c Cold Water 1/3 c Orange Juice
1 c Boiling Water 3 tb Lemon Juice
1 2/3 c Sherry For Serving
3 tb Brandy Sweetened Whipped Cream

Instructions for My Mothers Wine Jelly Recipe

Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water. Add sherry, brandy, sugar, orange juice, and lemon juice. Pour in mold and chill until set. Serve with sweetened whipped cream, flavored with sherry or brandy, or boiled custard.
