My Sour Cream Cheesecake Ingredients

14 oz Sweetened condensed MILK 4 Eggs
1 3/4 c Shortbread cookie crumbs 8 oz Sour cream
2 tb Margarine or butter; melted 2 tb Vanilla extract
24 oz Cream cheese; softened

Instructions for My Sour Cream Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the crumbs and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Beat in eggs then sour cream and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until lightly browned around the edge (center should be slightly soft). Cool.... Chill. Garnish if desired. Always Refrigerate leftovers.
