Nancys Tuna Salad Ingredients
1 cn (6 oz.) water-packed
tuna
;
2 tb Chopped
dill
pickle
2 tb Diced
celery
1/4 c Russian dressing
2 tb Chopped
red bell pepper
or
2 tb
Mayonnaise
2 tb Chopped green
bell pepper
Salt & ground black
pepper
2 tb Chopped
onion
Lettuce
leaves; washed and
1 Hard cooked
egg
; chopped
Chopped peanuts; (optional)
Instructions for Nancys Tuna Salad
Source: Michael G. Sooter Combine tuna, celery, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion, egg, pickle, Russian dressing, mayonnaise, salt and pepper; stir well. Serve on lettuce leaves and sprinkle chopped peanuts over the top, if desired. NOTE: Can be made in larger quantities to take to church socials, etc. Posted to TNT Recipes Digest by "Michael G.
