Napa Cabbage and Carrot Slaw with Toasted Sesame Seed Ingredients

3 Carrots; shredded 1 ts Sugar
1 sm Head Napa cabbage; shredded 1 tb Sesame oil
1 bn Green onions; thinly sliced 1/2 ts Tabasco
1/4 c Coarsely chopped fresh 1/3 c Vegetable oil
2 tb Fresh lemon juice 1/4 c Toasted sesame seed
1 tb White-wine vinegar
