Nesselrode Cheese Pie Ingredients

1 pk (8 oz) cream cheese; 1/4 c Finely chopped mixed candied
2 c Cold milk 1/2 ts Favorite extract
1 pk (3 3/4 oz) vanilla instant 1 Baked 9" graham cracker

Instructions for Nesselrode Cheese Pie

Workbasket Recipes: This issue (December 72) has so many intriguing recipes. Beat cheese until very soft. Gradually add 1/2 cup milk and blend until smooth. Add remaining milk and pie filling mix. Beat as directed on package. Stir in fruit and extract. Immediately pour into crumb crust. Chill until firm, at least 2 hours.
