New England Lobster Roll Ingredients

1 Live lobster or one pound Hot dog buns
1/4 c Celery Butter
1/4 c Mayonnaise Paprika
Salt and freshly ground

Instructions for New England Lobster Roll

Put lobster in boiling water and cover. Turn down heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Drain the lobster and remove meat from shell. Cut lobster and celery and combine them in a bowl with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Smear outside of hot dog buns with butter. Put on griddle and cook 1 minute. Fill buns with lobster mixture.
